Bánica’s “Good Samaritan Inn”

The Bánica Mission relies on a team of Sisters in Santo Domingo to handle complicated medical cases that can’t be resolved in the regional hospital near Bánica.  The Mission directly provides transportation to Santo Domingo (usually with Fr. O’Hare or another parish driver).  The Bánica Mission currently has two patients being cared for in “La Posada del Buen Samaritano”: 3-year old Melissa who has a heart condition, and 6-month old Oscarinda, who has a digestive condition.  The girls are pictured below with their mom’s, Fr. O’Hare, and Sister Luz.  Please pray for the health of these two precious little ones!

Thank you, people of Arlington Diocese for all your prayers and donations that make the fruits of the Spirit come alive!
